E3D sturdy nozzle holder

I was unable to secure a nozzle holder that kept the hot end securely fastened in place. The part fits snugly around the recessed area at the top. Print two of these parts and then connect them together with a 3mm bolt. I also added three millimeter key inserts to provide even more stability!
