Element 3D V2.2 offers a user-friendly interface with pre-set colors, making it easy to use. The E3D file includes a full materials set-up, mirroring its preview appearance. Also included is an OBJ 2015 file. To get started: Open After Effects CC 2014 (or higher) and create a new composition. Note that Element 3D V2.2 is required for this process. Create a new Solid layer and add the Element effect by going to Effect > Video Copilot > Element. Click on Scene Setup within Element 3D, then select Import from inside the scene setup. Choose my .e3d preset for the model and press Open. If you don't see the model, right-click on the model name and select Replace Model. Then, choose the respective .obj model file located in the models folder.
