<p>This provides a stable reference surface for measuring lengths of Revo nozzles.</p><p>3.5mm fits my Mitutoyo 500-181-30 while the 3mm version fits my no-name calipers. If yours is different, the f3d file is provided.</p><p>Instructions</p><ol><li>Print part</li><li>Glue M4 nut into recessed space</li></ol><p>By using this jig, you can establish the Z offsets of different nozzles or possibly find a pair of matching nozzles from your stash.</p><ol><li>Clean all nozzles with a brass brush while hot</li><li>Select a reference nozzle (e.g 0.4mm)</li><li>Measure other nozzles and note difference (e.g. 0.8mm nozzle = -0.09mm difference)</li><li>Optional: Use difference from step 3 for the starting point of Z-leveling</li><li>Put difference into Printer Settings → General → Z offset</li></ol>
