I was having trouble printing at high temperatures, above 245C, and getting stuck with heat creep jams every day. To solve this issue, I decided to give my coldend more cooling. According to specifications, both 3010 and 4010 fans provide almost the same airflow and static pressure; they just use different RPM levels to achieve it. I was looking for a better solution and discovered that some 5015 radial fans offer around five times as much static pressure and about +50% CFM more than my previous setup. I went with this option, and it has been working perfectly ever since. Print Settings: Printer: CoreXY Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 15% Notes: I used PETg for printing due to its flexibility, but ABS also works great in this setup. However, I would not recommend using PLA because of the heat radiation issue. Print Settings: Perimeters: 2 Top Layers: 4 Bottom Layers: 3
