E3D Nozzle Box

Just another Box for E3D Nozzles (or other M6 threaded ones)
Holds 15 Nozzles.

Basicaly i just tinkered around with parametric designs in Fusion, and decided to design this, instead of loading some existing creation. ;-)

[UPDATE 20201222]
Following suggestions by snarfattack and SgtSarcasm, i added versions with an embossed Cheat Sheet for the genuine E3D Nozzle Dot sizing guide, as well as one "clean" version without any Text.
You'll need one Box and one Lid part obviously, have fun cobining them as you like. :-)

[UPDATE 20210102]
Updated all files with additional 3mm clearance inside the box, as the nozzles were pretty close to the locking lip of the lid.
Thanks again Corben for pointing that out!

Print instructions

Preset: 0,2mm Quality (MK3S)

3 perimeters

5 Top and Bottomlayers

10-15% Infill (i used 12% grid)

Print the Test objects first, to see if the designed clearances work for you.

Orientation should be fine from the stls, but make sure both are paced on the flat outer surfaces. (Lid upside down)

If needed adjust for more clearance using "XY Compensation" in -0.1 increments

Cheatsheet Versions:
The "Lid inside" Version will likely be the easiest one to print, because the small details might give you a hard time with bed adhesion.

Might be printed without infill, but i did't test that yet. Higher ammount of top Layers would likely be needed then.

[UPDATE 20210102]
GCode got updated too, to reflect the latest changes.
0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm, Prusa Silver PLA from the printer delivery
Also added an identical sliced GCode for the Test objects.

[UPDATE 20210814]
Added a MMU Version for the BoxLid with cheatsheet inside, so you can highlight the cheatsheet if you desire to do so. :)
