This is a mount suitable for printing with PLA using an E3D hotend on a Rostock Max by SeeMeCNC. The initial results demonstrate excellent performance when employing two 50x50x10mm fans for enhanced airflow; however, the two 40x40mm fans are anticipated to provide similar airflow and be simpler to print. Both versions necessitate a groove mount to secure the E3D top to the effector plate. The shrouds eliminate E3D's provided shroud and incorporate screw holes for mounting the 30x30mm fan (cooling the hotend's transition zone). The E3DHotEndPLA.stl is configured for two 40x40mm fans, while the E3DHotEndPLA250.stl accommodates two 50x50x10mm fans (with minimal clearance for 10mm fans; do not use 50x50x15mm fans). Print one of these shrouds, insert three aluminum risers from the original SeeMeCNC kit, attach fans to the shroud, mount it to the effector plate and wire connections, then provide feedback on the design's effectiveness.
