Element 3D V2.2 offers a simple way to work with all colors using its preset models. These presets are easy to use, thanks to their full materials set up just like previews in E3D files. To get started: 1. Open After Effects CC 2014 or higher and create a new composition. 2. You will need Element 3D V2.2 to proceed. 3. Create a new Solid layer and add the Element effect, which can be found under Effect > Video Copilot > Element. 4. Click on Scene Setup in Element 3D. 5. Choose the .e3d preset for the model you want to use and press Open inside Element 3D scene setup. 6. If the model does not appear, right-click on the model name and select Replace Model, then choose the .obj model file from its respective models folder.
