E3D hotend mount for RepRap Mendel

<p>This is a model that allows you to mount an E3D hotend to a regular RepRap Mendel 3D printer.</p> <h5>Please be aware:</h5> <p>This design has captured nuts. Either print the version that allows you to place them in post-print (listed as Hotend_holder_plate_post_placeable_nuts_final.stl), or you will be required to pause the print and place them in before resuming, which tends to result in a stronger print.</p> <h5>Captured nut and bolt Sizes</h5> <p>This design uses three bolts to attach the outer part to the inner part, these bolts have a diameter of 3.8mm, thread length of ~15.5mm (no unthreaded section). The corresponding nuts have an across flat measure of 7mm and are 2.9mm deep</p> <p>Attachment to the printer is designed to work with the original nuts and bolts from the printer as it is a replacement for the plastic mount in which the hotend sits.
