E3D Holder for MK8 extruder

So I wanted to put a E3D hot end under my MK8 extruder. But I needed the Autolevel and I wanted a fan duct. So I modified this mount http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1812853 to be easily mounted on a Aluminium Prusia I3 plate, and integrating an Autolevel support. I Printed it in PETG and it worked pretty well. And since I wanted to be abble to print some flexible material, I adapted another STL to guide the soft Filament. hotend Tube has to be han cut to be assembled properly. There are ~2mm margin
