E3D Hemera XS - Ender3 Adapter Plate

<p>This is a plate for ender 3 with bltouch for hemera xs</p><p>the plate was remixed from: <a href="https://www.printables.com/prints/21817-ender-3-compact-hemera-mount-plate-with-bltouch">https://www.printables.com/prints/21817-ender-3-compact-hemera-mount-plate-with-bltouch</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>the fan duct was remixed from: <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4674206">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4674206</a></p><p>this is for 4020 fan and a revo nozzle</p><p>adxl mount optional</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>------</p><p>images are from older version i did not use (no hole and bltouch not high enough, everything else is the same)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>update1:</p><p>after testing this, this model it have some issues that i might resolve later, for now this is good enough</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>plate is not thick enough so i had to use some metal spacers for the bolts - TIGHTEN WITH GREAT CAUTION&nbsp;</li><li>cable hole need to be a bit bigger and move to the middle</li><li>bltouch location is not ideal, need to move it to the left (although it works fine, just a bit funny for me :) )</li><li>i like the cable hole solution as i can 90 degree them, and it give me more Z height</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>i also added the blender file, be aware i am terrible at this so the model is not perfect, feel free to remix</li><li>please use PETG or ABS</li></ul><p>recommend slicer settings:</p><ul><li>0.4 nozzle</li><li>4 Walls</li><li>5 Bottom</li><li>5 Top</li><li>40% infill</li><li>Layer height 0.24</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>klipper settings i use</p><p>offsets:</p><ul><li>x_offset: 72.5</li><li>y_offset: 0</li><li>z_offset = 1.944 - PLEASE CALIBRATE THIS</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>calibrate below also, use this as reference</p><p>[stepper_x]</p><p>position_endstop: -22<br>position_min: -22<br>position_max: 234&nbsp;</p><p>[stepper_y]</p><p>position_endstop: -22<br>position_min: -22<br>position_max: 225</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>[extruder]</p><p>microsteps: 16<br>rotation_distance: 7.82 # default, not good enough too much flow for me, still tuning</p><p>sensor_type: ATC Semitec 104NT-4-R025H42G</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
