I designed a new mount for my 3D printer after being unhappy with the one provided by E3D. The PINDA Probe was relocated to the left side of the Hemera, where it also functions as the bumper for the endstop. This move saves space and allows for single print jobs. INSTALLATION: Follow these instructions from the E3D Wiki and use this plate instead. SOFTWARE CHANGES: Since we moved the probe, some changes are required in the printer firmware. I have a custom-built printer with an SKR 1.3 board running Marlin 2.0, but the adjustments should be similar for Prusa firmware. Probe Offset: X: -24.0 mm Y: 24.12 mm Z: depends on your printer; use pusa calibration Printer Bed Size and Travel Limits: The Hemera is slightly larger than the stock extruder, so we need to adjust the bed size. // The print bed size X_BED_SIZE 225 Y_BED_SIZE 203 // Travel limits (mm) after homing, corresponding to endstop positions. _MIN_POS 0 Y_MIN_POS -15 Z_MIN_POS 0 X_MAX_POS X_BED_SIZE Y_MAX_POS Y_BED_SIZE Z_MAX_POS 220 HARDWARE: 4 M3x8mm screws for mounting the Hemera 3 M3 nuts for attaching the plate to the printer 2 M3x20mm screws for securing the plate to the printer 1 M3x16mm screw for additional plate mounting
