This is a hybrid design that seamlessly integrates the effortless removal of the fan with the renowned fan design of Prusa MK3s. Two versions are available for download, allowing you to select the one that suits your needs best. The design has been specifically tailored for an E3D Hemera V6 Hot-End. The ideal material choice for this project is ABS, which requires a softening temperature of approximately 120°C to prevent deformation. To maintain a consistent temperature, it's highly recommended to use a V6 silicone sock and implement PID tuning. A Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX fan (DC-12V) and a radial fan measuring 50x50x15mm (DC-24V) are employed for optimal airflow. Key settings include: BLTouch Offset, X=57.0 | Y=2.2. Have fun printing!
