Some tweaks were made to the official E3D Hemera model to make it more print-friendly. UPDATE: I've added versions that accommodate 3mm heatsets, available in both 4mm and 5mm outer diameter styles. Unfortunately, Tverse is currently down, so uploading remains an issue... someday. It's often simpler to verify fitment using a physical object rather than relying on CAD designs. Some structural modifications were made, including the removal of gaps, simplification of complex elements, and reinforcement of key joints. When printing, position the end of the stepper motor facing the bed. Supports are still required for successful prints.
