UPDATE 2: December 13, 2019 - This one finally works, but it's far from perfect. If you're desperate for a part cooling fan and can't wait any longer, this will do in a pinch, but don't expect great results. I'm still working to improve it, so please leave your feedback in the comments below. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ UPDATE: December 12, 2019 - The STL file has a major issue where one of the duct outlets is completely blocked. And after testing the design, I have to admit that the airflow is terrible. Please don't waste your time with this current iteration; instead, wait for the new version coming out on Sunday, December 15, 2019. A simple Hemera fan mount designed to attach to the front side using a standard heatblock (not a volcano). This design is tailored for a standard 5015 blower and requires some supports to print. Keep in mind that this is an untested design. Print it out using PETG or ABS; you'll need a material that can handle high temperatures and creep resistance. HARDWARE NEEDED: You will require 2x M3x5 bolts, 1 M3 nut, and 2x M3x20/25 bolts to assemble this fan mount. Remember to test your endstops carefully before printing out this design; it takes up significant space in front of the Hemera. This mount is specifically designed for a CoreXY with sensorless homing, with the Hemera mounted width-wise across the X gantry.
