E3D Dual Fan Mount (Printrbot Plus V2)

I had issues with the stock Ubis hot end from Printrbot so I ordered two E3D extruders and now I'm modifying my Printrbot Plus v2 to fit a dual bowden carriage.\nThis is the design I came up with for dual fin and nozzle fan ducts. They are made to accommodate 40mm CPU fans, which were printed without using any prior installed fans so they came out a bit warped but I still managed to adjust them into functional shape. It uses M3 screws for securing the fans and one #6-32 screw for mounting the ducts together.\nThe design itself is quite robust though - it allows for a 360-degree rotation of the hot end while keeping the nozzle tip at the center of the duct exit and keeps clear of surrounding mechanisms with exactly 2mm clearance from the print.\nNext up, I need to create parts for my Bowden extruder motor as well as design a dual bowden extruder carriage.\nThe original design for one of the SolidWorks parts is flawed, causing it to have a rebuild error that couldn't be fixed - fortunately this issue won't impact the finished product.
