E3D direct geared extruder mount

As for my new Cyrus 3D printer, I've opted to use the E3D extruder paired with a geared motor. Currently, we're in the early stages of testing and while nothing has been printed yet, I'm not anticipating any major issues. We'll likely use at least 50% infill for the prints, although I personally went with 75% for my own small batch of three pieces. The pressure adjustment is handled by a simple screw, as shown in the cross-section render. The printer is currently up and running smoothly - I tested it myself today and everything seems to be working great.
