My E3D V6 Clone is slightly larger than the original model, which meant many designs didn't fit my hotend. I had to create a custom design from scratch, and it was a challenging task since I'm still learning Fusion 360. This version of the part cooling duct will accommodate 24.8mm diameter hotends. If you'd like me to upload versions for other hotend diameters, feel free to comment or ask. Initially, the first version of the duct blew 90% of the air through the first slot, leaving little air pressure on the remaining two slots. To improve airflow balance, I increased those two slots and expanded the duct size in general. I'm still unsure if further modifications will be necessary for the duct.
