E3D clone fan shroud (40mm fan)

This is a custom fan shroud designed for the CLONE e3d hotend, featuring an aluminum part with a diameter of 25mm specifically tailored to my hotend requirements. If you need modifications, such as for a legit V6 version, I've included a SolidWorks file for your reference. I opted for a 40mm fan setup, which provides efficient airflow and performance. The shroud also boasts an integrated hotend cable manager, streamlining cable organization and reducing clutter. In the rear of the shroud, you'll find a dedicated space for securing cables with a cable tie, ensuring tidy and organized setup. Print Settings: Printer: Custom i3 Rafts: Not necessary Supports: Required, especially for internal components Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30-70% recommended; printing at 70 infill is a good starting point Notes: Supports are crucial for the internal part, so be sure to include them in your print settings. Printing with the fan face down yielded optimal results.
