E3D clone DC42 IR sensor and 40mm radial part cooler adapter

Designed specifically for a HE3D K280 delta printer, this mount would also work on K200 and many other Chinese deltas that use an E3D clone hotend with a square cold-sink block featuring 4x unused mounting holes on the reverse side of the fan (17mm apart), keeping grub-screws securing the heatbreak accessible. A version without fans is available as a DC42 IR mount, ideal for those already using part cooling. Additionally, a version without the IR42 mount completes the set. The DC42 IR board is shielded from the heatblock by a backing plate, allowing for through-plated pins of the connector and capacitor. Some vertical adjustment is accommodated on the main mounting bracket to enable lowering when using volcano hotends like the one I have on my rig, which pushes the assembly up as far as it goes, clamping the LED light ring in place while leaving the IR level offset at approximately 1mm. The fan version utilizes _40mm_ radial fans, **not** the 50mm ones that came with the K280! Be aware: this design makes your effector wider than normal, ensuring you still have clearance to belts and towers on maximum travel (it is tight on my K280, but nothing touches). These quiet 40mm blowers are small enough to fit under the effector carriage configured for a 'big mouth' effect, blowing down on the whole print while angled in on the nozzle. I might revisit this design to separate the fan mounts into printable parts that allow for simple ducting to direct air towards the nozzle for PLA work or even create a 50mm fan version. Use a silicone sock on the hotend to prevent it from cooling too much as fans come on and protect the IR probe. This mount is not the prettiest thing once printed due to its small size and overhanging angles; printing slow with small layers requires some cleaning up (craft knife, be careful) and reaming out fan holes. A SCAD file is included for your convenience; don't laugh – it's my first attempt!
