This mount enables you to attach the high-performance E3D Chimera+ (water-cooled version) to your trusted, long-serving Ultimaker Original. It also provides a mounting point and standoffs for installing two E3D PT100 converters, allowing you to take full advantage of this hotend's superior temperature capabilities by utilizing PT100 sensors capable of withstanding temperatures up to 400C. I have been using the sleek E3D v6 mount for the Ultimaker Original designed by RaiX for quite some time now. When I decided to upgrade my trusty old machine to dual extrusion, I created a new mount that shares its same design philosophy. In fact, this mount is specifically designed to utilize his same fan shrouds - simply visit his page and download the smaller one, then mirror it for the other side.
