E3D Chimera or Cyclops Filament Cooling 30mm Fan Shroud

I've crafted this sleek fan shroud to be a compact powerhouse that's incredibly light and effortless to install while still providing smooth access to the E3D Chimera and Cyclops extruders' heat blocks.\r\nI manufactured both parts with PETG and bonded them with CA glue. CA is also compatible with ABS and PLA, but if you prefer a different material, be sure to choose an adhesive that's perfectly suited for it.\r\nThe heater blocks should be oriented precisely as shown in the assembly model so the air stream from the nozzle can flow freely to the print area without any obstruction.\r\nOnce you've bonded the two shroud halves together and installed your 30mm cooling fan, simply loosen the fan screws from the extruder's heat sink until they clear the shroud's bezel, slide it in place, and tighten the screws.
