CR10S Chimera Mount with dual 5015 part cooling fans and optional Hotend 5015 cooling fan w/ BLTouch mount installed. Update 2019/01/20: Design change to modular design allows for adjusting fan height according to setup, base includes bracket for attaching cable chain or using zip tie for wiring. Original files still available in download as "old". E3D Chimera mounting bracket with dual 5015 radial part cooling fans integrated into the bracket. Optional 5015 radial fan bracket w/ BLTouch mount is included for improved cooling of the chimera heat sink, noticeable improvement seen in my experiences. Significant changes required to use this setup: stock control board does not support dual extruder setup; replaced with Rumba controller board but any capable controller should work. Additional extruder and mounting bracket needed; full 300 x 300 build volume access possible using both extruders with the CR10S frame, new X min end stop bracket (not included) required for extended print area, and firmware settings changed (X travel 320 minimum). All parts printed in PETG, 0.20 layer heights @ 40mm/s no supports needed; noticed minor issues using PETG close to hot end but part cooling fans may discolor or deform heater blocks if left off for long periods while hot ends are active.
