E3D Chimera 40mm Fan Adapter

This is a compact fan adapter for the E3D Chimera cold end and a 40mm fan grill designed to provide a quieter solution than the 30mm fan included with the Chimera kit from e3d. I wanted a more robust and refined solution, so I created this adapter that attaches to the top two mount points on the Chimera heatsink using two M3 socket head cap screws. Hardware requirements include: 2x M3 Socket Head Cap Screw, 8mm or 10mm 4x M3 Socket Head Cap Screw, (thickness of your 40mm fan)+10mm I used 30mm screws since my fan was only 20mm thick Before assembly, make sure to pre-fit the M3 screws in the heatsink to thread the channels. They fit tightly, resulting in a sturdy outcome. The F360 files are included for anyone who wants to modify the designs. This adapter was designed specifically for my Voron 3d printer build.
