E3D bowden to stock Black-Widow extruder
thingiverse
I replaced the STL with the V2 version, which fits perfectly to the extruder. The V1 will fit with a bit of sanding and is printing great. This is a remix of Leparti83's E3D mount that I've modified to use it with Bowden hotends. You can screw in the adapter where the PTFE-coupling normally goes, so maybe other hotends will also fit. You can insert a PTFE-tube inside, but I'm not sure if it's necessary. I'll try this out on my friend's Black Widow next week. This version is designed for 1.75mm material. To mount the extruder: Screw the adapter to the original Black Widow extruder and then screw the hotend onto it from underneath. Here are the links to the parts I used: * Bangood - All Metal Extruder 1.75mm / 0.4mm nozzle * Bangood - 3D Printer & Supplies Have fun! If you like this, please FOLLOW me or give it a LIKE!
