Follow these steps: firstly, obtain a laser and cut desired material; adjust kerf offset to 0.25mm (0.14 is typical) on the laser cutter; use two distinct acrylic thicknesses to achieve proper sizing. Mount the assembled parts onto your 3D printer using M4 threaded rods and nylon compression tube fittings (e.g., McMaster-Carr 50775K409).
