E3D hotend and blower fan are mounted with a super simple setup that eliminates the need for brass inserts. This design decision makes it easier to use and deploy. M3 screws work well in the 2.8mm holes, but results may vary based on material choice. Minimal supports are required on the back mount to reinforce the lip, while no additional support is needed for the fan duct. Angles have been added to the upper corners to help with bridging and improve performance.
