E3D BigBox spool holder upgrade

This upgrade enhances the standard spool holder design by incorporating a guided offset to accommodate the spool at the back of the BigBox case. The stock design functions well for typical spools, but I encountered an issue with black spools that left unsightly black marks on my polar white case. The design failed miserably when used with 2.2kg production spools from Colorfabb due to their larger diameter, which caused contact between the spool and protruding screw heads. To install the spacers, M3x30 screws are required instead of the standard M3x20 screws. For one spool holder, two spacers and six screws are needed. The second component, spool holder clamp, is optional but recommended due to the increased distance, which renders the stock clamps slightly short. To build these clamps, a M4x40 screw replaces the standard M4x30 screw; one is required for each clamp.
