Element 3D V2.2 (All Colors) makes it easy to use pre-made models. Each E3D file comes with a full set of materials, already set up like in the preview. You also get an OBJ 2015 file. To get started: Open After Effects CC 2014 or later and create a new composition. To do this, you'll need Element 3D V2.2 installed on your computer. Create a new Solid layer and add the Element effect. Go to Effect > Video Copilot > Element. Click Scene Setup inside Element 3D scene setup. Next, choose my .e3d preset for the model and press Open. If you don't see the model, right-click on the model name and select Replace model. Then, pick the .obj model file from the respective models folder.
