E3D air duct

E3D air duct

Hey, I designed this air duct specifically for an E3D V6 hot end and it's optimized to work with a 40 mm fan. The original 30 mm fan just wasn't moving enough air through the hot end, so I created this one as a solution. This particular fan is a CFM-4010-03-20 model from CUI Inc., which operates on 5V and delivers an impressive 10 CFM of airflow (about 17 cubic feet per hour). For assembly, I'm using M4 Heat-Set Inserts for Plastics, which can be found here: https://www.mcmaster.com/#94180a351/=1crfn7g. This entire setup is actually a test part for my new printer.
