This is my take on a fan shroud for the E3D Aero. Frustrated with existing designs, I set out to create something better. Drawing inspiration from this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2240359, I crafted a higher-flow shroud that minimizes airflow restriction. Plus, it's simplicity makes it an ideal starting point for machines without a fan shroud. I printed mine with supports that only touch the print bed, ensuring easy removal and no obstruction to the hotend air ducts. With these features in place, I'm confident this design will meet your needs.
