Create an adjustable holder for the E3D full metal hot end due to inaccurate printer calibration. Slide the holder along the X-axis to match extruder and hot end holes. Attach the E3D hotend with M3 screws and nuts, then use M4 screws for both hot end and extruder mounting. Printed successfully with PLA due to minimal heat exposure at that end. Design made using SketchUp.
