You'll be able to utilize E3D's thermal barrier tube, Nozzle, and PT100 heater block with this setup. This ensures the nozzle remains vertical relative to the block assembly and printbed. With minor modification to the block heater, you can still use the stock layer cooling fan assembly. I strongly suggest getting an additional pt100 sensor as it's highly unlikely that the one currently in the stock head will work.
