To combat the noisy 30mm fan, I designed a straightforward adapter that attaches to the E3D shroud and accommodates a quieter 40mmx40mm fan. Utilize the original screws from the 30mm fan for easy attachment. Materials needed include: a 40mmx40mmx10mm fan, hex socket M3 15mm fasteners, and an E3D All-metal v6 HotEnd Full Kit 1.75mm Universal. The blue shroud is borrowed from the E3D v6 Hotend's components.
