This fan duct was crafted to supersede the one shipped with the E3D V5. It boasts a slightly reduced length, allowing for secure mounting away from the X-carriage of the Makerfarm i3v. By orienting it in this manner, air is prevented from blowing onto the print during the printing process, particularly when working with materials notorious for warping such as ABS.
