E2 HEPA Fan Shroud for Noctua Fan

Replaced the HEPA fan in my Raise3D E2 with an 80mm Noctua fan, but it's slightly thicker than the stock one. This fan shroud/filter holder allows fitting of the Noctua fan and is also snug enough that no screws are necessary to hold it in place. This should be printed upside-down, with supports enabled. I made mine out of ASA and it deals with the temperature just fine. PLA is probably not a good choice.
