Initial Damage Assessment Report for Monument E13 Conducted by Alan Guilbault on June 12, 2018 Upon inspection, significant destruction was evident at the site. Fragments of marble and stone were scattered about, indicating a catastrophic event had occurred. A thorough examination revealed extensive damage to the monument's facade, with multiple cracks and fissures visible across its surface. The eastern section of the structure appeared particularly compromised, with several blocks dislodged from their original positions. Further investigation uncovered evidence of recent excavation work in the surrounding area, suggesting possible human involvement in the damages. Preliminary findings indicate a combination of natural and human factors likely contributed to the damage. The monument's stability is currently at risk, and urgent repairs are required to prevent further deterioration. Recommendations will be made for restoration efforts, including assessments of structural integrity and recommendations for necessary reinforcements. A detailed report will follow, outlining comprehensive repair strategies and timelines. Assessment Complete
