The original carriage is exceptional! The original E3DV6 mount with two 40mm fans is terrible. The original BL touch support is a great idea. So, that's why I'm trying to merge both on one design (with some updates). I made this remake to make it easy to remove the block from the E3DV6. The fan, located on each side, can move from the bottom position to the top position. And when the fan supports are in a horizontal position, you can unlock the block from the E3DV6. Fully printed and tested, I printed this remake with ICE PET Green filament. You can watch my video in French here: https://youtu.be/DO2Tx1VyhmY. My last video is available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItxwjjD-jWQ. Update 1: I divided the Bl_Touch support into three files to print them separately. I also created part two to fix the distance of the BL touch when you set it (see my last picture). Update 2: You must flash your firmware with Marlin. My settings are as follows: define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -35 // X offset: -left +right [of the nozzle] define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -44 // Y offset: -front +behind [the nozzle] define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 // Z offset: -below +above [the nozzle] Best, Bab To test if the fans are working properly, I printed this file: https://www.thingiverse.com/make:441219. At a speed of 80 mm/s, bridges are good. You can find all my upgrades on the E10 printer at my blog: https://babounx.blogspot.fr/.
