This is a custom-designed e*thirteen turbocharger bashguard made to replace the original one that had broken down. To enhance its durability, I removed holes from the design, considering that 3D printed parts often have an airy infill structure which makes them lighter. The bashguard's dimensions were carefully planned to accommodate bronze bushings that can be inserted once the object is printed. For optimal results, I recommend using PLA plastic for printing. ABS will break down faster, but you can also try other plastics and share your findings with me. If you don't have the required bushings, you can either make them or purchase from a store. The dimensions are included in the attached PNG file. However, if you prefer to print without bushings, just remember that it will decrease the holes' resistance. You'll need to resize the holes for this option.
