I designed this 3D printed custom spur gear that I call E Revo 1/16 Spur Gear 52t 48p m6 for the traxxas 1/16 E-Revo I designed this 3D printed component because I wanted it customize spur gear so I decide to designed this 3d printed spur gear by setting the teeth between 50t and 55t spur gear. this is a 48p spur gear. so I decided that the number teeth on this spur gear will be 52 teeth in this printed spur gear. so I 3D printed this out in nylon this is a six version of this spur gear design and this one was successful. I tested it out on my block and I took the same RC vehicle to the park and ran it off road on the grass was freshly cut in around the same RC vehicle on the parking lot as well and I had no problems with this 3D printed custom spur gear. so it was a success. it can be a drop-in replacement. if you wish to download this file depending upon your 3D printer set your 3D printer accordingly you know the drill in regards to your perspective 3D printers .and after that you're done. you should know how to install this on your RC vehicle and take it out for a test run and have a good time, so enjoy
