This is the starting point - I've tweaked it in Cura to suit needs. 100% manual settings - 95% size, 0.15 layer thickness, 0.5 wall thickness, 0.8 top/bottom shell thickness, and 20% infill rate applied. 130% manual settings - 120% size with all other parameters remaining the same as before. 12-28-16 - added interior holes to combat cracking due to excessive flexing; further refinements are needed, but I'm working on gecko-inspired fingers for enhanced grip. 12-29-16 after multiple design iterations, these models featuring holes and rollers prove most effective; adding chemicals appears the only viable option to enhance grip, a goal still being pursued.
