Parts were used to craft a waterproof casing and coupling system for an E-Foil, powered by a 500kv motor from SSS combined with a Parker 5:1 PV40 gearbox. The EFM-104 component is a faithful replica of Pacific's original design. A Pacific propeller is also utilized. Other components were designed in-house, but took inspiration from designs shared on the renowned E-Foil builders' forum. Huge gratitude to everyone involved in this project! Precise tolerances specified in the drawings are the only reliable reference points. Collaborating with my father made it easier to assemble components as they were machined together rather than relying solely on precise tolerance measurements.
