E-Flite Timber X FPV Vent Mount

This is a custom FPV mount designed specifically for the Timber X model, although it may also fit other Timber series drones. The mount is engineered to support a 20x20 VTX module (Akkor pictured), a compact micro camera (Foxeer Predator shown), and features an integrated SMA mount that allows for flexible antenna positioning. To further enhance antenna performance, I added a separate mount for the Foxeer Lollipop antenna, which attaches directly to the VTX via a u.fl connector. The entire assembly is secured to the drone using zip ties. For optimal antenna coverage, a 90-degree adapter may be necessary for the SMA mount. Powering the VTX is achieved by connecting it to the balance plug of the LiPo battery using a JST-XHP connector. The mount itself was printed in PETG material (PLA would likely work as well, and TPU or softer materials could also be used). When printing with the curved bottom facing down, it's recommended to lightly sand the surface for a snug fit and to smooth out layer lines. I opted to print the Foxeer antenna mount using TPU for added flexibility.
