This is the complete set of missiles/launcher/stores-pylon for the E-Flite 80mm F-18D The LAU-115 attaches firmly to the wing pylons via powerful magnets that can be sourced separately, and are keyed into position so they remain perfectly straight. They can be left in place for display purposes or quickly removed for flight. If neodymium magnets are used, they will hold securely during moderate flight but I do not recommend them for high G maneuvers or high speeds. The wing pylons must be printed with slightly thicker walls than the launchers and missiles as they become a crucial structural component that should not be removed from the aircraft. I strongly advise gluing these to the wings using a specialized foam-safe adhesive. You'll need: 4x weapons pylons that can be 3D printed 4x LAU-115 units that can be 3D printed 8x split AMRAAM missiles that can be 3D printed 16x 8mm x 3mm magnets that must be sourced separately CA glue that must be sourced separately Paint that must be sourced separately If you want to replace the foam missiles attached to the body, the AMRAAM's will fit perfectly so print 2 more and glue them securely to the body using a specialized foam-safe glue.
