E-Flite Apprentice S 15e Spinner
thingiverse
I kept breaking the spinner cap on my E-Flite Apprentice, which led to a frustrating cycle of paying $5 each time and waiting for it to be shipped out. However, I soon remembered that I owned a 3D printer, which sparked an idea to create a replacement spinner cap myself. After recently uploading the base model, I realized that creating the two pieces would allow them to snap together seamlessly and utilize OEM parts. I experimented with printing in both ABS and PLA+, discovering that both materials functioned perfectly well. To ensure a smooth print job for the base of the spinner, I utilized supports. With my new spinner cap now in place, I'm ready to take to the skies!
