This is a motor mount for brushless airplane motors that draws inspiration from the wooden firewalls found on Flite Test mini airplane kits. It's designed to fit small brushless motors with 16mm bolt patterns, specifically those using 2204 motors. The screw holes are drilled to allow for tapping, which makes installation easier and more secure. Additionally, there are small holes at the top of the firewall that enable motor wire pass-through without any obstruction. To accommodate most ESCs, the mounting plate is sized to fit 12-20amp models comfortably. The dimensions of this design include a 3mm thick firewall, a 2mm thick mounting plate, and sidewalls that taper from 2mm to 1mm in thickness.
