e-Drum trigger plank
thingiverse
This plank serves as a DIY electronic drum trigger, more of an inspiration than a functional component. To learn more about this project, check out the full details at hackaday.io/project/171027-diy-mesh-conversion-of-a-simple-drum-set. The plank hosts a 27mm piezo trigger and requires additional components: two dense foam pegs, a rubber layer (a bike tube worked well), and another piece of soft packaging foam to act as an interface between the piezo and mesh. All these parts are connected using double-sided tape.
