I've created several innovative parts to enhance the functionality and durability of my drone. Firstly, I designed a boom mount replacement made from lightweight aluminum. Unfortunately, it's challenging to glue this material to foam securely. To address this issue, I came up with a plastic alternative featuring a textured surface that ensures a strong bond with foam. This new design not only reduces weight but also prevents the boom from rotating, providing a more stable flight experience. Next, I developed two versions of dome mount rings. The thinner version features spikes to facilitate easy gluing into foam, while the thicker one boasts a flat surface for secure attachment on top of the body. Moving on, I crafted a nose battery holder as part of my overall design. This component is specifically engineered to provide optimal performance and convenience. Lastly, I created a blind dome for SkyEye, which mainly serves as a storage compartment for batteries. Since I don't require transparency in this area, I opted for a plastic design that's easy to replace in case of an accident.
