In this exciting challenge, I developed a unique design with great attention to detail. To adhere to guidelines, every part was meticulously crafted. Inspired by comments on ergonomics, I created a pen-like design for easy handling and manufacturing. My innovative PV features an optimized lip mouthpiece, cool blue LED battery indicator, pocket clip, and subtle branding. The rounded rectangular shape improves aesthetics and safety while user-friendly switches control voltage, resistance, power, and puff counter. A sliding ON/OFF switch prevents accidental activation, and a single circuit board streamlines the design. Chrome or gold plating adds a premium touch. Although I didn't finalize component specifics or dimensions, I ensured everything fit within the constraints. My design incorporates Rock Vapor logo elements and aims to impress.
