E-Cig Pocket Clip & Lanyard Loop

Free Design Competition for Product Design\r\nProduct Design\r\nPocket clips designed specifically for the most standard diameter of bigger-than-cigarette size E-Cig vaporizers make it easy to carry these devices in your pocket or on a lanyard. They accommodate either 14mm or 16.5mm wide vaporizer batteries with ease. Initially, I created this design while searching for a replacement clip/loop for a AA Mag-Light but couldn't find anything like it online, so I decided to make my own. I discovered that by printing at 0.2mm with 20% infill using PLA (220c/HBP off/Painter's Tape/No Raft/No Support/Print vertically/) I could produce these clips efficiently. However, I did experiment with a 2 layer, 4mm separation / 2 outline skirt, but it seems unnecessary. Simplify3D was used to slice and print over USB previously, and although ABS had too much shrinkage, adjusting the scaling up might resolve this issue. At these settings, I could print 15 clips at a time in under 3 hours on my modified Powerspec 3D Pro (Microcenter-Branded Flashforge Creator Pro) to give out to friends who really enjoy them. This design was created using Autodesk 123Design and the files are included for your enjoyment.
