E-Cig, Cell Phone (Torx) Screwdriver Case
thingiverse
I recently purchased some extremely small Torx drivers specifically designed for repairing cell phones and e-cigs, which turned out to be an excellent value for the price, fitting perfectly into place. However, they arrived in a standard plastic baggie, making me anxious that I would lose them easily. To prevent this from happening, I took it upon myself to create a custom storage case with a "print in place" hinge and a small latch. If you're interested in acquiring a set of the screwdrivers these drivers were designed for, simply visit the following eBay auction link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/5in1-T2-T3-T4-T5-T6-Torx-Magnetic-Screwdriver-Repair-Tool-Kits-for-Cell-Phone/121857317989 UPDATE: I've since uploaded version 2 of the screwdriver case, which addresses a few minor issues with the original design. The latch was slightly too thin and prone to breaking under stress, so I revised it for greater durability. Additionally, I added small cutouts at the top of the case to allow users to employ their fingernails when trying to open it. It's essential to note that the latch is not intended to be pried back, as this can lead to damage; instead, there's a deliberate give in the hinge that allows for easy opening, and the fingernail cutouts provide an added assist with snapping the case open.
